If it isn’t right
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Parts need to be unfitted, unmarked and in their original packaging — once something has been trial-fitted to a car it generally cannot go back into stock.
Restocking
A 25% restocking fee applies once a part has shipped, and we would rather be straight about it than surprise you later. If a part arrived damaged, was sent in error, or was wrong in the listing, there is no fee and we cover the return shipping.
Damage in transit
Every shipment we send is fully insured. Check yours when it arrives and photograph anything that looks wrong before unpacking further. Damage claims need to be raised quickly, so tell us within 48 hours and we will handle it from there.
Starting a return
Email info@msvparts.com with your order number and a photo of the part. We will send return instructions the same day wherever we can.
